CBSE Teacher workshop on Stress Management

The Indian School hosted a CBSE Capacity Building Programme (CBP) workshop focused on stress management, attended by educators and stakeholders. The session was led by two resource persons, Dr Hemlata Suri, noted counselling psychologist, and Principal Ms Tania Joshi. The workshop aimed to equip participants with effective stress management strategies, emphasising the importance of creating a supportive learning environment for both teachers and students.

The interactive session provided valuable insights into managing stress, highlighting practical approaches to foster emotional well-being in schools. Dr Suri and Ms Joshi shared their expertise, encouraging participants to adopt mindful practices and promote holistic education. The workshop covered a range of important themes including understanding the sources and signs of stress among teachers and students, the impact of chronic stress on learning and classroom behaviour, and the role of educators in building emotionally safe spaces.
