Graduation Ceremony for the class 12 Batch of 2025-26
The graduation ceremony for the outgoing batch of 2025–26 was held on 3 December 2025, marking a graceful and heartfelt farewell to students as they prepared to embark on a new chapter in their lives.
The evening commenced with a solemn academic procession led by the Principal, Ms Tania Joshi, accompanied by all faculty members carrying lit diyas. This serene and meaningful opening set the tone for the occasion, symbolising School’s enduring legacy of wisdom, guidance and values passed down to its learners.
Once the procession concluded and the little diyas were lined up at the edge of the stage, the Principal addressed the gathering with a reflective and inspiring speech. She highlighted the batch’s collective journey, its milestones, challenges and triumphs, while expressing confidence in the students’ ability to step into the future with resilience and poise.
The ceremony then moved to the distribution of citations, a significant segment acknowledging each student’s achievements, contributions and growth. Class teachers and subject teachers shared their appreciation, recognising both academic excellence and character. Adding emotional depth to the programme, a parent and a student from each subject stream delivered heartfelt speeches, reminiscing their experiences and the deep bond they shared with School.
As the acknowledgements concluded, the teachers' choir for the evening rendered a soulful song that brought moments of gentle reflection to the audience. This was followed by a touching video montage curated by the computer department. The montage showcased memorable snapshots of the students’ years at a School,- moments of joy, perseverance and camaraderie that had shaped their identities.
The ceremony’s most symbolic moment came as each student received a diya. This tradition, representing the passing of the light of knowledge, carried profound significance. It was a gesture of trust and belief, an assurance that the students would carry forward the School’s ideals with integrity, honour and pride, as true Indianites, to light up the world outside.
With their littel flames glowing softly, the students joined their teachers to sing the School song together, one final time, creating a powerful and unifying finale. The ceremony closed with a sense of pride, fulfilment and promise, beautifully encapsulating the spirit of the batch of 2025–26 as they bid farewell to their beloved alma mater.
