The morning of 8 December 2025 at The Indian School unfolded with warmth and inspiration as the students of class 6E presented a beautifully curated assembly on the theme, “Let Your Inner Light Shine.” The message of the day encouraged everyone to recognise the unique inner glow within themselves—made of kindness, courage, talent, empathy, and positivity—and to allow that light to illuminate the world around them.
The programme opened with a motivational opening by Naina Sharma which was followed by soothing poem recited by Suhani, whose expressive delivery filled the atmosphere with serenity and gratitude. Her words set a reflective mood, reminding the audience that the journey to greatness begins by nurturing the light within.
Following this, the students presented a thoughtful and impactful skit. Through simple yet powerful scenes, they portrayed how one’s inner light can conquer the shadows of fear, doubt, confusion, and sadness that often hold us back. The young performers delivered their roles with clarity, confidence, and heartfelt expression. Their message was unmistakable that we do not need a spotlight to shine—your sincerity, compassion, and courage are enough. And when we allow our light to shine, we help others find their own.
The highlight of the morning was a soulful rendition of the song by the magnificent choir, “Let Your Inner Light Shine". The melodious voices of the students filled the hall with hope and positivity, gently reminding everyone that their inner spark has the power to brighten even the darkest of days.
The assembly concluded with a renewed sense of motivation, leaving audience inspired to embrace their strengths, uplift others, and continue spreading light wherever they go. The presentation by class 6E was not only impressive in its execution but also rich in meaning, making it a truly memorable start to the day.
