The “Theatron Inter-School Competition” was held at DPS R.K. Puram on 22 August 2026, with students from The Indian School participating across various categories. Celebrating theatrical excellence, performing arts, and creative ingenuity, the prestigious conclave brought together dynamic contingents from leading schools across Delhi-NCR.
The School delegation showcased remarkable talent in "Dance" and "ADS ACT". In the "Dance" category, Kashika Bhardwaj (XI) and Aditi Priyashi (XI) presented a graceful Kathak performance on the theme “The Cycle of Seasons”. The judges highly appreciated their expressive movements, synchronisation, and artistic presentation, earning them the First Position.
In the "ADS ACT" category, Paridhi Singh (IX), Aadya Sharma (IX), Aashna Baweja (IX), and Kaashvi Sachdeva (IX) presented an original advertisement act, “Rewind Camera”, securing the Third Position. The presentation beautifully blended humour, drama, and creativity to bring the concept of a rewind camera to life, conveying the thoughtful message that whilst one may wish to alter past choices, what truly matters is using those experiences to make better decisions in the present.
The participants’ confidence, creativity, dedication, and teamwork made their performances memorable. Their achievements brought immense pride to The Indian School, reflecting the earnest efforts of the students and the steadfast guidance of their teachers.
